The University Booth provides an opportunity for the university community to demonstrate EDA tools, design projects, and instructional materials at the Design Automation Conference. The University Booth also provides space for the presentation of EDA vendor literature and programs of interest to the university community. The University Booth provides booth space, poster areas, computers, printers, and a high-speed connection to the Internet for participating universities.

Preliminary 1999 Booth Layout

* For 1999 the University Booth has an increased number of travel grants for all participants. Participants should register and apply for a travel grant on the registration and travel grant application form.

* The University booth will supply both Sun Sparc and x86 Intel computers this year. The computers will be sponsored through DACnet by Sun and Compaq.

* The winners of the University Design Contest will be showcased at the booth.
